Drivers and vehicles are great. One particular over the phone worker is especially rude and will even scold you if you don't do things exactly as she says or suggests ( been 3 times now with her). The other customer service people are very kind and helpful. The online booking and Amble app are extremely unreliable and will NOT guarantee your ride shows up. You have to wait on the phone and talk to a real person( hopefully a nice one) if you want to be sure. Trust me on that last one - until they get a new app or online syste... read more
Had to call into pick 9 stops for my mother. After waiting 10 min on hold they were amazing with helping me set up her account. Can’t wait for her first trip.
The receptionist today (Dec 5, 2022) was rude and condescending.
