A great service with very helpful staff
A great Oakville accessible shared ride service staffed with great people. It's worth booking a few days in advance when possible but it does work at short notice too. I love the phone app and when it can't offer me a ride then i call the support staff who sort a ride for me. It is not a personal taxi so you will ride with other passengers, pickup and drop people off on your way, and it may take longer than a private taxi would but I ❤️ the care-a-van.
Been using the Care A Van service for 3 months & the service is excellent! I'm currently in a wheelchair recovering from a major Spinal Cord Surgery that left me temporarily paralyzed from the waist down, with nerve damage causing severe spasms in my legs! Every driver has been professional & very helpful by assisting me up my accessable ramp to my front porch (for 3 months, 2 to 3 times a week, for roughly 28 to 30 trips!), with absolutely no problems!
