They are super friendly and knowledgeable and helped set me up with the equipment I needed. Took time to explain everything to me and anytime I had a question, I could just call and ask! They worked hard with my insurance to try to get it covered. Great customer service and knowledge. I would highly recommend!
If you have any other options, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. My brother warned me about the poor service but it seemed ok at first. Until I was preparing for the holiday and made sure to call for my supplies on the first day they could bill my insurance on December 19. 1. They told me it was too late in the day to mail my Supplies on Friday the 19th. 2. I called again on Monday, December 22 to ensure the order went out in the mail that day. Very easy to work with and they are always on top of things!
Very easy to work with and they are always on top of things!
They try their best to help. But they will not have a person to run the diabetic shoe department until the end of summer. And Medicaid does not pay out of pocket coast.
