Been working for Care 2 u for the past 8 months. Management are wonderful and supporting, and our service users families are amazing. We always have opportunities to learn from our service users and families so we can provide the person centered care that vulnerable adults deserve. I have been an employee for care2u for 12 years and even though I say it myself we are a great team, our management are very good to us and very thoughtful towards us. In my case over the years I've got arithitis and they always help by giving me a car driver as my legs aren't the best. Our team are competent, friendly, trustworthy, professional people and treat service users like they would family with respect and dignity. I love my job and they are good to work for hence the 12 years
Carers sitting around outside properties rather than actually caring for anyone. Manager is arrogant and has no interest in her carers making a nuisance of themselves or to destroy property. Edit: " We don't know what happened, when or where, but we know it didn't happen". "We don't know where the carers were as you didn't give us your address but we know they were supposed to be there".
