Today I spoke on the phone with Joaquin and it was one of the top customer service experiences I have ever had. I know how challenging it can be to work in a customer service call center and I just wanted to recognize him for being very helpful!

I rarely write reviews. I am a complex patient with multiple chronic medical conditions including cancer, juvenile onset diabetes, chronic anemia and complications from chemotherapy. Pain medication ... from your oncologist ... just to let you know --- requires PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Also have been denied tests such as a CT scan or PET scan --- BECAUSE I have had chemotherapy... doesn't matter if your doctor wants to see if they got it all.. PICK ANOTHER PLAN! Being in the healthcare field, this plan is the worst I've dealt with (and that is saying a lot) I've had previously covered services for patients with brain masses and other serious conditions denied services. Peer to peer discussions no longer accomplish anything and the appeals process is lengthy and over complicated, in hopes of your appeals time running out before you can complete it, no doubt. How does insurance companies decide how you live or doctors treat you had to reschedule all the time? I have blood clots need a CT scan and BP 190 over 130. And they alway Decline it seems like we're under obama's act and Obama's. And no I'm not imergent or drug attack. Just want to be able to work again. And I get treated like a peace of white trash thanks government. So now I can possibly die because they decided if I should love or die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We America back.

Unbelievable!! This Insurance doesn't care about their members. My Doctor has been trying to get a pre authorization for a MRI, for months. When I call them, nobody knows nothing. Then I call back and somebody else tells me that they have 14 business days to make a decision. I just called again, and was told that there is no pre authorization for a MRI. It has been 4 months now,. My hip is so bad, that I can't put pants on by myself. I'm still waiting for them to approve a Walker for me. This place needs to be investigated.
