I Had a sit down with Glenn about Medicare. He explained all facets of the rules and qualifications. He explained about PartA, B, C,D. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I definitely feel more comfortable about the application process He even went online to register me for my Medicare ID. Please be aware that he obviously doesn't do this for free. $85 for about 1.5 hours of his time. Money well spent!!
Terrible customer service! Our daughter REALLY got sick (needed brain surgery) and we got to see how stingy they and Angeles IPA are, we were even LIED to about her diagnosis (we have witnesses)! We had to take her off their HMO to get decent care for her or she could've died! They've been written up by Calif Dept of Managed Care, look at the enforcement actions on the webpage! They should be shut down!
