We had a great experience working with Billy. He worked on a challenging set of repairs on our home that took time and thought to solve, and we appreciated his expertise and dedication to make sure that everything was done right. Billy was responsive, hard-working and gave us tips along the way to make sure we got the best value in the long term. If you need a contractor who does excellent work and is easy to work with, Billy is your guy. We’re happy with how everything turned out and look forward to working with him again!
Wanted to replace large shower that was tiled with something easier to maintain. Contacted several contractors but Billy Cardwell was to only one who actually listened to what wanted, and did the leg work to find an alternative for us. Replacement was complicated by discovery of rot, but given Billy's wide-ranging experience in not just carpentry, but dry wall, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. we got a great - and beautiful shower. I had a partial kitchen remodel. Billy went above my expectations in the level of customer service and installation of a new counter top, sink, faucet, and shut off valves. I would use him again for my next home project.
Great exceptional work on taking out my carpet stairs and installing wood stairs. Wonderful job and would recommend billy for any job
CONSCIENTIOUS!!! I don’t care if you are hiring a doctor, a car mechanic or a general contractor you want that person to be conscientious and Billy Cardwell with Cardwell Home Improvements is. There are many contractors in the area who will tell you they can handle any type of project you have even though they don’t have experience doing that work. Billy is the exception. He is full of knowledge on construction and sub trades and he doesn’t over promise on schedule. I highly recommend Cardwell Home Improvements LLC.
