Today Katelynn was super helpful. When I go into the store. She always points me in the right direction. Anytime I have needed to return something to get a different part that works better for my project. They have always been awesome at doing returns and exchanges. All the staff are very knowledgeable and have been able to help me in many of my home projects.
Really a fantastic bunch of people. It's refreshing to go into a store and actually find staff. Like, everywhere, all over, all the time. Everyone we asked about something? They knew where it was. They also let us bring our dogs which really helps us out. Special thanks to Catlin for special directions and advice. She is truly a gem in a Home Hardware of grizzled pirate looking guys. Also a big thanks to the guys from the lumber yard as well.
I bought a very small and inefficient rechargeable vacuum which did not work well. Returning this item was easy. The staff were excellent. It turned the person who did the return knew something about vacuums and sold me a great one that does work well. Thank you.
Staff are friendly but not pushy, the store is easy to navigate, and they have a nice circulating stock of home decor items at the front
Went in to buy propane and cashier working on June 3/26 @ 4:00 was RUDE! No greeting, cold and mean facial expression!!!what happened to politeness and decent human courtesy??? Very SAD
