Well received my new fridge and stove end of June 2025 with extended warranty. July 4th Fridge went out so I lost everything in freezer and fridge. Between July 7th and 15th, 2 mechanics came out. Part ordered and put in July 15th. I lost everything in my fridge/freezer. Luckily, or so I thought, i had insurance for lost damages. July 17th turned in receipts for all the food I had to replace. Now Mt. Vernon TV & Appliance. I called to inquire if they worked on Speed Queen washing machines and they said yes. I figured it would be a week, but they sent a tech in two days. My washer was shutting off mid-cycle and wouldn't unlock at the end of the cycle. Zack Devore was the tech. He determined what new part I needed and even repaired my dryer vent although he said they did not replace them. Great service, promptly helped and had no pressure to buy anything or extras. I knew exactly what I wanted and they did not try to steer me to another brand. Delivery was excellent, both men set the unit up, leveled the height and made sure it worked. They even went over some of the features to help me get started.

After 20 years of purchasing our appliances from this store we will not be continuing this practise. Our salesman was fine, but after a real problem that was not resolved properly, I can only say that the owner of the store who was quick to let us know this, was rude, dismissive and actually lied to us. How things have changed in our world. Small town service is certainly not there anymore.
