Great service, promptly helped and had no pressure to buy anything or extras. I knew exactly what I wanted and they did not try to steer me to another brand. Delivery was excellent, both men set the unit up, leveled the height and made sure it worked. They even went over some of the features to help me get started.

After 20 years of purchasing our appliances from this store we will not be continuing this practise. Our salesman was fine, but after a real problem that was not resolved properly, I can only say that the owner of the store who was quick to let us know this, was rude, dismissive and actually lied to us. How things have changed in our world. Small town service is certainly not there anymore.
Ordered my part and was quick to receive it. Was able to go in and write back out part in hand.
