Well after trying to cancel service for going on two months now I have not only continued to be charged for a service I do not want and even when I did, only received half the time along with hidden fees and sometimes late fees issued the first day of billing, leaving trash on the ground after dumping, an even tearing up my yard with no regards to setting the can back by the driveway instead of in the yard. I canceled my service due to our trash not being picked up in over 2 weeks, I was never informed I would be charged a fee for canceling. The last day they picked up my trash they took the bin then I got a bill for a fee for them picking up the bin. I called and Jace Cooper the employee I spoke to said there was nothing he could do for me and would not let me speak to a supervisor and then hung up on me. I ordered trash service beginning of December from these people. In almost three moths they picked up trash twice. We contacted them every week and nothing. Same old story. I live in Neosho MO. Trash kept accumulating and when they came to get the trash cans because we canceled service they said they will pick up the overflow trash with it.
