I just moved in to a place and their can is sitting full out front not from us, was there the with the same full trashe from the week before, when we first looked at the rental. I'm using another service. But you can't get through to a human to come take care of their trash.
I went ahead and paid for a three month plan, assuming all would be alright, but I've never got my trash cans, and have called them 4 times. Each time it sounded like it was going to get fixed, it never did in the 3 months.
Well after trying to cancel service for going on two months now I have not only continued to be charged for a service I do not want and even when I did, only received half the time along with hidden fees and sometimes late fees issued the first day of billing, leaving trash on the ground after dumping, an even tearing up my yard with no regards to setting the can back by the driveway instead of in the yard.
