I just want to say what a fabulous job that your business did for our catered event yesterday. Our family is a group of foodies. We cook everything homemade and normally have complaints wherever we go to eat. My sister wanted this time around to have her baby shower catered instead of us making everything. This review is long overdue, but I purchased a tray of eggplant parm to bring to my sister in Pennsylvania well over a month ago. I know that there is eggplant parm in PA, but it does not compare to Cardona's, which is simply out of this world. Anyway, I arrived at the market flustered and in hurry to get on the road. Liz and Vanessa quickly and efficiently insisted on making a makeshift cooler for me and packing the eggplant in ice for my long drive. Cardona's catered our December 27th wedding! Everything was so wonderful! People are still talking about how great the good was! Even did a GF chicken that was do lemony and good!
