It’s not often you meet someone who truly loves what they do but that’s the only way I can describe Cesar! He never stops learning about his trade and takes great pride over the service he provides! We hired Cesar to fix a misapplied Bona red out and Nordic sealer process on our red oak floors by another floor contractor. We knew right away his crew would do a great job after meeting with him. I am grateful to Cesar and Alex for managing my flooring issue so quickly and professionally. My oak floor at our Weston farm sustained water damage from a burst pipe. They saved the floor by replacing just one board. They are professional, reasonable and responsive.
The owner claims to be a Bona floor products contractor. He came to my home to examine a problem with my floor after using a Bona product. He was very nice and professional. I complimented his professionalism. He indicated that he would look into how he might be able to assist me with my floor issue and he would get back to me. I tried following up with via phone and text more than once but I received no responses. I'm really sorry that I ever complimented him. Cesar and his team did an excellent job refinishing our wood floors. They were professional, friendly, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The floors look beautifully restored, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
