My dad was at Brown County assisted living. The staff was great. You could always find someone to talk to. My problem is the financial person. She informed me I had to wait 45 days to withdraw the money my father had left after passing. State and federal law is 30 days. It has now been almost 60 days with no word on where his money is or when I will get it. I called corporate multiple times with no response. Great way to treat a veterans family.
My mother has been placed at their facility in Morristown. This is her third time being there we never had an issue with this place before we always got great care however recently they have changed providers and trust me when I say it is a complete joke. What is going on in that facility? They have many patients. My mother has been there for five days and they have not seen a nurse practitioner or a doctor within the facility in five days. My father-in-law is a resident at Brookside Village and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care and compassion he receives every day. The entire staff—from the nurses and caregivers to the kitchen and maintenance teams—treat him with genuine respect and warmth. We are grateful for the entire Brookside team.
