Nightmare experience. They didn't send out the card for days, they had no tracking for it either and it took over a week and a half to get delivered. When the card came it couldn’t get activated. They claimed it was an IT issue and that they couldn’t even send out a working card. They processed a refund for us. So basically, we got the run around and wasted 2 weeks of time, and now need to go somewhere else. I ordered $4500 worth of cards from this company on December 10th and was told it would take 3-7 business days to have my cards sent to me. It is now December 22nd and they have not even shipped my cards yet. Do not believe anything they tell you. I' called to check my order on 12/16 and was told my cards went to production that day, then called on 12/17 and was told the same thing, and called on 12/18 and was told the same thing.
