Disgusted with Cardi and will definitely never go back to purchase furniture here. Went in with my elderly aunt who purchased a pair of matching recliners here a couple years ago. She purchased the extra protection plan to protect her investment. Well last November she needed to use her protection plan due to a broken component as well as ripped fabric. They came out to her house to only tell her the recliners she bought were discontinued so they couldn't fix it and also didn't have access to the fabric to fix it. They offer... read more
I had a totally positive experience with Chris Boucher at Cardi’s in South County Commons, So. Kingston RI. He was so helpful in helping make the best selections for my home from rugs to more complex issues like sofa tables. I would definitely recommend this Cardi store and Chris Boucher for thoughtful and thorough assistance.
Josh Albelo at Cardi’s mattress in Johnston was fantastic. Very courteous. He was extremely informative. Knew answers to everything I asked. Made great suggestions. I wish every salesperson could be like him. I would give him10 stars if I could.
