Update: Went in and ordered a sectional. Was told delivery would be the 20th, 8 days out. I get a voicemail and they can’t deliver till the 29th. I call to cancel and was put on hold for like ten minutes. They say Daryl will call me back. He does and let’s just say he’s no Robert. After days of driving up to MA I needed to sleep. So I went bed shopping online and most places couldn’t deliver the same day. Understandable. So I figured since I have to wait I’ll go in person and browse. I went down the street to Cardis. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Robert. Joe in Fall River saved the day! He supported me in getting the best and most cost effective mattresses for my daughter’s new bunk bed which was just delivered (fyi Cardi’s does Not include mattresses with the bunk beds). In all of 15 minutes, the mattresses were picked. He then swiftly got on the phone with delivery in an attempt to expedite my delivery, which worked! Cardis fall river store ,on a saturday tax free day ,lost a mattress sale. After waiting over 30 minutes for the one and only salesman to write up a customer order ,my wife and I left. Really, only one person to handle sales, on that day is ridiculous. Sorry Ron and Pete,your loss.
