This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I had to wait over 6 hours to be seen, and the front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful the entire time. When I finally saw the doctor, I was shocked by her attitude. Ameeta Walia is an excellent doctor. She’s very professional, pleasant, thorough and takes time to explain all questions asked. Her staff is also a pleasure to deal with.
My experience with Dr. Ameeta Walia’s office was very disappointing and unprofessional. From the start, the staff didn’t wear name tags, which made the office feel disorganized and unwelcoming. Dr. Walia herself was rude and dismissive, ordered 5 to 7 tests at a time without explaining why, and refused to review the results or provide copies of my medical records—which is illegal.
