The absolute worst patient care I have ever received.
Very impressed with Dr. Williams.Never had another doctor call me at 7:30 p.m. to inform me of that day’s test results. Really appreciate that she knows her patients are worried and, for me, at least, had good news.
Waited over an hour and half for the Dr even with a scheduled appointment.
Been patients (both of us) for a long long time. Very pleased with services and the out comes.
This is my second time coming here. I had a consultation the first time and I waited close to an hour. People who came in after me were seen before me. I let that slide. I came today December 7 for my echocardiogram and stress test for 11:15 and it’s now 12:30 and I have yet to be seen. This is ridiculous. Again people who have came in way after me being here has been called. The staff sits in the back and don’t provide no type of communication and tone of voice is very grumpy.
