Posting on behalf of my mum. Consultation with Dr Rick Bond was rushed and not detailed enough. I understand that it was one of the last appointments of the day on a Friday, but there was no need to only give her 10 mins of your time and rush her out the door without answering questions. Appointment was moved up via SMS from 4.00pm to 3.30pm - mum didn’t go through until 4.15 - Receptionist wasn’t very nice, was rude, no where to be found when it was time to pay for the $170 consultation.
