Phone call waiting times are very long. Then answer machine where call backs are non-existant. I turned up for an ECG appointment and the clinic was closed - they had forgotton to rebook me - despite confirming my appointment via text the previous day. Reccomend that you try another Cardio place and avoid the heartache.

I wouldn't recommend CVS or Dr Phillip Curry. I wouldn't trust them with a pet gold fish let alone my heart following my experience. From what we believe is a misdiagnosis on a echocardiogram, led to a phone call which he rudely ended when his analysis and report was questioned. I have never experienced a specialist who is so stuck up in his own ego that he gets upset when he is questioned. The services and staff are great. The booking process via telephone, call waiting times etc make Telstra look like the gold standard in call handling.

After learning my dad was experiencing some potentially fatal heart issues, I was recommended he attend CVS by a friend to get a stress test completed. From booking the initial consult, to completion of the test, the staff at CVS went above and beyond making him feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. The follow-up was swift and all results were explained clearly and concisely. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business to others and I will definitely be using CVS again.
