Contacting CVS is such a pain, your only option is to stay on hold for 10 minutes and leave a message for someone to call you back. My appointment went fine, the Echo tech was good, but only to find out 2 weeks later, the receptionist didn’t lodge my Medicare claim. After waiting 2 weeks and still no funds deposited into my account, I contacted Medicare to check the status of my claim, but no such claim had been lodged! What a pain as it’s not a small amount ($220).
At time of appointment we were advised the Medicare rebate would be available within two weeks and the test results would be ready four working days after the appointment. Two weeks later the results were available and the rebate still not received within three weeks. Why did this take so long, when a GP clinic processes Medicare rebate within 24hrs. Will not attempt any future appointments there again due to delays in results and Medicare rebate (over $200) this is a lot in today’s financial crisis…

Great service and care in the centre, but an extra thanks to Matilda in the call centre who was so very kind and patient when I called to reschedule after witnessing something traumatic. Matilda was excellent
