I don't even want to give them a 1 star. It has been 2 mo since I called and spoke with the sales rep, Kirk Foate about our machine being down. He said that it was probably the fan that went out and was going to get in touch with a tech and call me back. The only #'s listed for this business go to this one person's VM. I've left several VM and a couple of emails- NO REPLY back whatsoever!!
ordered an ultrasound probe with the understanding they would accept return of the item if not compatible with our equipment. returned the probe and they disappeared, would not accept calls, would not refund purchase cost. they lie and they steal beware !!!!
