I had a very good experience. Everyone was very helpful. Kind I went above in a beyond To assist me One thing I really appreciate it is when I was having blood pressure issues and I called. I got a call back immediately from the nurse practitioner Kate.
I'm am established patient, and have called 3 times. Twice I spoke with someone, and one voice message. My calls were never returned. I hate to start with a new doctor, but I think I have no choice. It's kind of ironic that their hold message talks about cardiac patients can't wait!

I have been a patient of CVI for several years now. I don’t always see Dr. J, so Nurse Practitioner Katie is my go to person. She is great! Today’s check out was extremely easy and efficient. Marisa got me scheduled for my tests, my next appointment and gave me information sheets for upcoming tests. She did this all quickly and pleasantly. I really appreciate a competent office team member because they are the first and last people you interface with when visiting the office. Thank goodness for folks like Marisa!
