The nurses were very nice dealing with me , Iwas passing out and they helped me thru it, and all you have to do is call and ask them and they'll do whatever you want . these people that are complaining obviously didn't call the nurses to come help the nurse even zipped my pants. I believe these people take pride in what they do and I'm very satisfied with the way I was treated . Doctor Byron really seemed like he knew what he was doing . The only thing is I wish they had some music playing

Awful experience,, My mother had a cardiac catheterization there. The staff was incredible rude, not allowing myself to see my mom at any point, told me I can see her outside when she is finished They also kicked us out of lobby to wait as only one person is allowed to wait in lobby. They sedated her for procedure and gave her an arterial femoral artery stick which has high risk of bleeding. Showed up on time, was told only 1 person in waiting room at a time, not a sole in the waiting room, in fact the whole 4 plus hours I waited in my vehicle wasting gas the only people in the waiting room was my other half. The front desk person was rude to my other half and when walking to the door a lady stopped my other half and was talking and they said the front desk person was rude to them also, that was the reason they were all in their van and not in the waiting room.
