The most amazing and respectful person that I have meet today. Nivine was really kind and helpful and she was able to help me get in sooner for my appointment. I really appreciate everything that she helped me with.
I was at Family Health Center with my husband today . This is my second time the first time I had a really bad experience with the old scheduler, but with Nivine scheduling my husband‘s appointment for this time she’s really amazing and she was really helpful and she had a really beautiful smile on her face. This time we will not miss any appointments because she give us a copy of the appointment and location. Thank you Nivine for your help and kindness
Dr Eileen Gajo performed surgery on me. I was told I lost 3 pints of blood and was not given a transfusion. She denied this. I left messages with Escondido office Chula Vista office to get my heart meds refilled. Noone refilled so I had to get my Primary Care physician to call them in. Dr Eileen then attempted to pass me on to another Dr without my permission. The El Cajon office then scheduled me for new Doctor in October and they scheduled and echo and test of lower legs causing overlap with other Dr appointments. I called... read more
AMAZING STAFF AND VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL
