Great efficient staff from the front desk, doctors, nurses and ultrasound tech Brett is so great!!! I lowered my review now that I am not a patient I can't get my records. Been trying for a month now of empty promises and un returned phone calls.
Two stars only because the actual doctors were nice, but the scheduling and organization is really bad. Like sit in the waiting room for at-least an hour past my appointment time every time bad. I don’t usually review but after this last incident I feel like they and customers should be aware. I had a follow up after some test (tests I scheduled all still while in their office through them straight from the doctors order) and I get called the day before the follow up saying I’m missing labs and I need another heart monitor t... read more
Ultrasound tech is so rude didn’t even introduce herself she didn’t even explain what she donning to me , she left the gel on my neck didn’t even offer a towel so I can clean up
Great office staff and an amazing MD I saw for the first time yesterday. Dr. Akilish Honasoge was kind, professional , smart, and present. He answered all of my questions. So glad to find my permanent Cardiologist! I would highly recommend him!
