Wish they had a patient portal .Would like to be able to see test results online ect..I feel lost about my treatment plan alot of the time.If a telemedicne appointment, no way to get an after visit sumary without going to the office in person.Other wise great group of people ,well trained ,very professonal.Recommended to all.

The providers and the technicians are great. But Ft and Back employees are terrible. They have very poor Office and Medical knowledges and they never call me back nor do what I asked for.
Absolutely disgraceful. The Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego is a complete failure in every aspect of patient care and professionalism. They canceled my appointment without any notice, then blatantly lied by claiming they called and left a voicemail — which never happened. Even worse, their own automated system confirmed the appointment the day before. This place is a chaotic, negligent mess. Zero communication. Zero accountability.
