Got approval on my ATT in less than a week.
I have left over 10 messages on 4 different VMs during regular business hours since October 14th and have not received a single response from anyone. Several were left on the directors voicemail. If you want to get someone to respond, go to sales or communications email from their website. Called the main number and talked to Virginia on the phone to get help unlocking my account, what a rude woman.
Dealing with CCI these past few months has been one of the most frustrating processes that I've ever had to endure. I wholeheartedly regret seeking certification with them.They will gladly process your application payment within 24 hours, but you're lucky if you get them to review your application at all. Not to mention, if you were to call or email them, you're not going to get a response. Excellent customer service, excellent educational opportunities!
Process to apply takes over a month. I have contacted CCI and was told I would get a response within a couple of days but no one ever calls. I'm a paying customer so I would assume I would be treated better. My job, life, and family are affected by this and my life is on hold because I have gotten no response about when I can take a test through CCI.
