I was initially referred to Dr. Gresham by another physician. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Gresham for 3 years. On June 5th I was scheduled for my annual test which was setup a year in advance. When I arrived to the appointment I was greeted by a very rude receptionist named Melanie who informed me that I did not have an appointment and that no appointments were scheduled for June. I had to look for another Doctor and was referred to Dr John Grisham I was pleased with my first appointment but the front desk is horrible to work with. Very rude don’t want to listen to any of my concerns they put you on hold not knowing that so you call back and they just place the call on hold without saying anything. I thought I was having trouble with my phone. NO when I called back 3 times she finally answered and said that the DR didn’t know anyone Doctors in Corpus Christi to refer me to. Looks like the ratings keep dropping! He used to be a good Dr but has gone way down hill. I think he gets kickback on chemical stress tests because he seems to want everyone to get them. I wish he would go back to his old ways of doing things but I will not be around to find out. In a city this size there are many who are better and less concerned with themselves.
