We wait more than an hour. Lady in front desk kind of rude. She is almost yelling if I made a trip out side of USA, if I have had covid etc. not privacy at all, if you said yes everybody turn their faces. I don’t have it, but I see someone had it and every body kept looking at him because she is almost yelling. Too much waiting time there for an appoitment.
