At my first visit, I was very impressed with Dr. Koshy, and her staff. They had already received some of my records from other doctors along with test results and reviewed them. They were so thorough and listened to everything that I said I have been experiencing. They had suggestions for me to try along with test that she ordered. She even commented about how in tune I was with my body, which is something I usually have to tell a doctor. You could tell she actually cared about you as a person! I would highly recommend her!
She says: “Providing the highest quality of care through open hearted listening, patient education, and compassionate and quality medical care.” I felt this was a complete money grab. EKG showed issue, she never reported the issue to us until I asked for results. NO compassion there! We don’t play those games. I have to pay a % of out of pocket expense for stuff that was billed that never happened! I have no idea where she got the info, but not from me. Excellent in all categories for a cardiologist
She was never my Dr. When admitted to another hospital she wrote a message on my chart ad if it was fact. I have family to verify this because they were present to hear the Drs. tell me they fixed me. They also heard the critical care nurse tell me that my insurance would not pay for an automatic defibrillator. She stated on my chart at another hospital that I refused a vest. She had no business charting this. She was not my Dr and was attempting to cover another Dr.. for very poor treatment.
I was with my mom at drKoshy and I can tell you that she puts Her Heart in her job, she's a wonderful person and a great doctor.
