Horrible place, the employees are hateful, they never know anything. You ask and they give you bad answers. They make an appointment at a certain time and you spend up to 2 hours and many times up to 3 hours after the appointment. The employees are hateful, rude and unfriendly.
If you open at 9am answer your phones at 9am. It’s now 9:10a and they have the answering machine on. Message says the office is currently closed, our hours are 9a-630p. Again it currently is 9:10a
