Dr Harper has always been phenomenal in my care. His bedside manor is above and beyond professional and genuinely friendly. His office staff is always on top of things and his medical assistant is always so helpful. We love the team and Dr Harper's office!

Cardiac rehab sounds intimidating, but the staff at 401 I street make it tolerable! They are always there for a quick question, or word of encouragement…the setting is mellow, and there’s music, cold water and all the cardio you can handle!!
