THIS COMPANY IS GUILTY OF INSURANCE FRAUD - FALSELY CLAIMS TO MONITOR YOUR HEART - DOES NOT PERFORM MONITORING BUT BILLS YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY ANYWAY I was admitted to the hospital for a stroke. I walked in - as the stroke was nearly a week prior. I was in the hospital for approximately 1 week while they ran tests. When i returned home there was a box in the mail. it was a heart monitor. They sent me one with nearly exhausted batteries both for the sensor and for the monitor. I was told over the phone, when I first activated it this morning, that the charge should last for many days, it would take 3- 4 hours to charge things. Instead I got 7 hours on a charge for both. That would mean I am paying for 9-12 hours a day I can't use it because it needs to be on a charger. Seriously? My mother-in-law (87) had this on in 2017, 2 years later get a bill for $50!! When we went to pay we come to find out it went to collections!! Not one bill for 2 years and within 3 months it is in collections! STAY AWAY from this company, they don't care about anyone but themselves
