I felt discriminated towards coming to the Hartford HealthCare of Heart and Vascular Institute with Cardiology Specialist on 45 Wells Street in Westerly, Rhode Island. It took about 7 months to get-in for a schedule examination, just to find out that it was cancelled today on Aug 10, 2017. Without proper notification of the cancellation of the appointment.
