***BEWARE*** This review is by no means a representation of care, but rather St. Vincent's shockingly misleading billing practices. After going in for a consult then receiving an echo cardiogram, the bill for the ultrasound (which was performed in a corporate plaza business office) was sent to my insurance as an "outpatient hospital procedure" and I was charged an exorbitant amount more than my spouse who had hers done through Northeast Medical Group, and was billed as an office visit as it should be. Have been going to Dr.Edward Kosinski since my MI 20 years ago. He is an excellent doctor and a very kind man who is easy to understand and to talk to. The office staff, nurses and technicians have always been very nice and very helpful.
