Customer service in the cardiology department is very poor. Calls are not returned—even on high-priority requests—and hold times are extremely long. This makes it difficult to schedule appointments or get help without going in person.
Jennifer Frey & Dr. Clay looked out for me When I developed hypertension and was new to Delaware .Whenever Im having an urgent issue with my blood pressure They have a 24 hour on call line and yes the on call doctor calls back within 30 mins . This is a great group! I would recommend them
Relatively new to Delaware and have had hit or miss experiences with healthcare. I was nervous with this appointment and I was completely blown away by the entire staff. The woman at the front desk was a sweet heart, the nurse was kind and thorough and the Doctor was absolutely amazing! He took his time to make me feel comfortable and explained everything with such care and detail. He let me ask my questions and never once made me feel rushed.
