I have had great experiences with Britney and the staff. They get me in on time and are very efficient with their process of seeing me. Britney is down to earth and has been excellent with my health. Highly recommend this practice.

I don't know what is going on here!! I have been and my husband is a patient. We have never had an issue, but I have been trying for 3 weeks now to make an appointment for my husband who is out of medicine and due for a full exam. Í have been unable to get a person on the line and the recording states voicemail messages will be returned within 24 to 48 hours. Clearly not the case here. The first time I did reach out 3 weeks ago now, and the one and only time I got a person on the line I did not have his new insurance ID card... read more
They keep texting and sending statements that I owe them money when I paid my copay when signing in. I have sent bank statements and voicemails to no avail.
Make sure you check your appointment summary notes. I’m not sure how they manage to listen to chest sounds and check your carotid, heart and lungs without ever touching you and with no stethoscope but they will lie on your progress notes and say they did and it’s “all clear”. It’s a good way to die. I wonder how many people this place has killed because they can’t manage the basic task of checking chest sounds.
