I’ve been trying to pay a bill for four months for my elderly grandparent, no one ever picks up the phone. Heck, I’m excited if the phone even rings. Just called the receptionist to book an appointment, have never been here before but she was extremely rude. Needless to say, terrible first impression of this business. Will not be going here.
