I called around 2pm today to schedule an appointment and no one answered. Requested a call back. No one called. I called again before 5pm. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and then a woman answered at exactly 5pm, only to tell me they close at 5 and I’d have to call back on Monday. Really? I get it’s Friday and you want to leave but you do work in healthcare…to help people. It was really so difficult to take 3 minutes to take my information down?
