To get someone to answer the phone is like winning the lottery. We have to call million times leave voicemails . Maybe get a call back a week later. Worst service ever!
Worst Doctor I ever had. Doesn’t listen to a word you say. Misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis! I’ve had 4 other Doctors apologize to me on his behalf. He would never admit he was wrong.
Very poor communications and follow through. If you need refills, count on the process to take days. The doctor, himself, can be an airhead. I made an appointment one time, because I was sick, and at the visit, after he realized this wasn't a scheduled follow-up, he asked why I was there, as if I he wasn't in any position to treat an actual illness. My experience with the doctor was great. On my second visit to him he diagnosed, but I had not a sinus infection, but inflammation of my ear canals. Every other doctor that I treated with prescribed antibiotics to no avail. he prescribed course of treatment which reduced sinus symptoms, and is open to suggestions. I’m very content with his practice.
Been with Dr. Kanjolia quite a long time. As I reflect back on the years he's been my primary care physician I am left feelint satisfied with his overall care. I've grown to view Dr. Kanjolia as not only a doctor, but as an advisor of sorts. I've found that asking thoughtful questions of him results in receiving thoughtful and I believe accurate responses.
