Dr. Lakritz has been my GP for 25 years, taking over after my prior Internist for many years retired.I am 100 percent satisfied with his intelligence, integrity and sound medical knowledge. Folks at the front desk and Nurse Assistants have come and gone. What matters to me is having a caring physician who is well connected in the medical community, takes the time to get to know you and has the diagnostic skills to keep you under warranty, or at least heading in the right direction when you need specialist care.
My experience with this practice has been wonderful. Yes, the front desk can be a bit rude but they're also dealing with nonstop phone calls....That can get a little irritating after a while. The doctors are great and very caring. In a world where doctors don't seem to care anymore it is nice to have one that genuinely does.
I came to this practice because I went with my doctor when he changed practices. AWFUL. The front desk woman just hung up on me, after practically yelling. My doctor's new assistant never takes phone calls and there doesn't seem to be voice mail and she keeps getting my pharmacy wrong. All the support people are rude. Going to find a NEW doctor asap.
