CCP has violated every one of my HIPPA Rights. Refused to give records even when the Attorney Generals Medical department tried to advocate for me. Stating " we were recently in touch with Miss Oeste. THEY NEVER MADE ANY CONTACT. REFUSE to respond to any of my messages, emails, phone calls and in person visit to CCP PAOLI.
