The only positive thing this Broomall facility has going for it is the Doctor. The front desk staff are rude and incompetent.The tech was also unprofessional.
I had my mother at the broomall location on August 26,2021, and I would just like to say the two lovely ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and patient. I had the opportunity to witness not just the care we received but every patient that was there. So nice to see this kind of care given to patients and their families by these wonderful women. Thank you
I liked the doctor very much. However, every single staff person I've dealt with, either in person or by phone, has been extremely rude with a huge attitude. I will never go back to this practice. Such a horrible experience!
