The staff called me and requested that I come in 30 minutes early due to an opening. While I arrived promptly at the adjusted time expecting service around my new appointment slot, unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I ended up waiting the full 30 minutes in the waiting room for my originally scheduled appointment time. This experience reflects poorly on both customer service and overall management. While I appreciate the doctors' expertise, this was ultimately a disappointing encounter
