Visit with the Doctor was satisfactory. The Dr spent the time necessary and answered all my questions. The administration leaves some room for improvement. Patient portal pushes all data entry into the IT system of the practice on to the patient. You also wonder if they (or the people they sell your data to) begin advertising other products/services. Getting the Dr office to communicate with the hospital for follow up test was time consuming, arduous and took 3 weeks. It has been 2 weeks since I got the recommended test done... read more

I usually go to the Collegeville office but had my appointment canceled and rescheduled to the blue bell office which is twice as far and not easy to get to. I will never go to the Blue Bell location again.
