PHONE SYSTEM & ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM ARE AWFUL 😤😠🤬😡. VERY LONG WAIT⏰️⌚️🕰 TO GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. LONG WAIT TIMES IN OFFICE. WEEKS TO MONTHS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT ☹️ POORLY MANAGED & RUN. NOT HAPPY ☹️WITH LOCATION.
Have been coming to this practice for years. My husband has been seen by Dr Palla & Dr Boglioli in Woodbury office. Excellent doctors. The Problems arise when you need to make an appointment for any test in the Woodbury office - You must contact the Huntington office. You are on hold for 25-30 minutes before someone picks up the phone. Also there seems to be an issue with the technician for an echo Test apparently they are short staffed. Technician “not available”. Cancel moments before scheduled appointment. Just astonished... read more

My cardiologist is a very nice man, accomplished in his field. But I don't think I'm going to be eating boiled chicken for the rest of my life either. It's up to me as an autonomous being to choose a degree of balance in my life. There will be changes though...
