My mom Carolyn Walker has been a patient of Dr. Howard for years. She contacted then because she couldn't afford her 354.00 monthly eliquist medication for her afib. Said she needed either samples or a new medication that was cheaper. She called tues 1/21/25. The office manager and staff assured her they would get bk to her on Tuesday. To my surprise coming to leave a review I see that the stars are already low and it is very understandable why. I had an appoint which I left work an hour early (55 mins to be exact). Traffic was bad enough that I ended up arriving 20 minutes after the start of my appointment. I got there to see a lobby with only 2 people in there. The receptionist was very callous and cold. My surgery was canceled and my entire week of time requested off had to be used. All because they didn’t send my clearance in. And when I called to see what happened, they had no idea whom I was. I was JUST THERE A WEEK PRIOR
Horrible disgusting place !!!! The doctor is the worst man on the planet ! Disrespectful rude mean old man with no sense of direction he doesn’t wash his hands . The place is filthy once you step to the back. Dirty exam rooms . Nasty attitude treats people so unfairly. Someone needs to get rid of this man and get a new doctor. I feel bad if he has a wife or even children . They have to hate him.
I saw Dr. Howard for a stress test at Emory Decatur Hospital and he was very rude and acted like I was wasting his time. He was annoyed that my Dr. Ordered the test and made me feel very uncomfortable. He kept saying oh wow, they ordering stress test now, really. Made comments that the Dr. Was wasting his time, the tech that was administering it asked him questions and he was like I guess so, just let her keep Going if she can as he sat across the room and didn’t even look up from his phone - in a very just unemphatic way- n... read more
