Reaching someone by phone is nearly impossible, and on the rare occasion when someone does answer, the representative is unhelpful and appears to lack the necessary knowledge to assist with scheduling an appointment. Moreover, the information provided has been inconsistent and, at times, blatantly false. Everything has gone well. Dr. K does a very good job of explaining what is going on. He's a very good doctor.
Kacey and her associate were focused on creating an image for cardio-specialists to read data and formulate a prognosis for patient recovery. NO PHOTOS OR OTHER RECORDINGS DURING VISITS.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Absolutely love and trust my doctor. Answered all questions. Made me feel at ease.
Just an fyi to anyone needs paperwork filled out and faxed. Their office charges a 75.00 fee. Had to pay that when I needed to medical leave paperwork filled out for my former employer.
