All around wonderful people!
Please replace TAMIKA, one of the receptionists. Lacks everything that a doctors receptionist need to keep established patients and attract new ones! Dr. Abdul Ali is great and the Gynecologist/Urologist too. So are their medical assistants. But NONE of the front desk staff have even acceptable BED MANNERS.
Excellent service and great medical staff, they care for their patients and we wish to all staff continued success.
I went to the Long Point location and was surprised at how poorly the service was! I had a 2:45 appointment, I had a EKG done and was sat in a room and left for over 2 hours before the staff remembered I was there. I saw Dr Abdul Ali who I wasn’t scheduled to see. Couldn’t get labs or anything done due to being left there so late. Then told I needed to wear a monitor for 3 days and I sent it back. Had to hound them to even schedule an appointment to get the results! I will never go to this location!
