Excellent service and great medical staff, they care for their patients and we wish to all staff continued success.
I went to the Long Point location and was surprised at how poorly the service was! I had a 2:45 appointment, I had a EKG done and was sat in a room and left for over 2 hours before the staff remembered I was there. I saw Dr Abdul Ali who I wasn’t scheduled to see. Couldn’t get labs or anything done due to being left there so late. Then told I needed to wear a monitor for 3 days and I sent it back. Had to hound them to even schedule an appointment to get the results! I will never go to this location!
It’s so bad here!!! Don’t go!!! I was witness to my husband appointment also made the appointment asking them if they needed records before the visit they wouldn’t send the paperwork to do any prior documents before the visit was even made stating that that couldn’t be done so we went in with the copy of records we had from our old cardiologist, upon appointment they asked what prescriptions he was On we told them . I moved to a new city and asked Dr. Asif Ali’s unfriendly and dispassionate staff if he had a referral in my new city. I was told no. So I went on the search, on my own, for a new cardiologist. I found one but as a new patient with no referral I had to wait for a month to get an appointment. When I requested to have my blood pressure med refilled for the time it would take to get to the new doctor (less than a month), I was told no by yet again another unfriendly and inconsiderate staff member.
