I just turned 40 and the thought of visiting a cardiologist didn’t sit well with me. I needed to do it because, due to my family history, I wanted to stay ahead of any potential issues. Tried to make an appointment with them over a month ago. The receptionist took my information and said someone would call me back. I never received a call. Thankfully I found care elsewhere.
Dr. Goldstein and his office staff are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. There is never a wait for your appointment that is longer than a few minutes. Dr. Goldstein spends time answering all your questions satisfactorily. I am a loyal patient that will remain so.
I was admitted to the hospital and Vincent Nguyen a self-proclaimed cardiologist saw me for about 5 minutes. He said I had to stay for an echo but then after 36 hours in the hospital I was discharged without seeing him or echo. Finally after 4 days there was a follow up call from the office manager to try to get me to schedule an appointment. I said no, because this guy is not a doctor! I told her a doctor needs 3 qualities that this guy doesn't have or know about; common decency, human compassion and a passion to save lives... read more
