no star * is what this practice deserves! The most unprofessional practice I’ve ever been to from the rude receptionist to the lack of communication from Dr Shafransky! The waiting time was extremely long. Like many other reviewers mentioned, it seems everyone is booked at the same time, resulting in over an hour of waiting before even starting tests. Loved speaking to the receptionist Therese, a very understanding and helpful lady to have at the front desk!
We had an amazing experience with Dr Femia. He is a lovely doctor, was thorough with his tests and was very patient in explaining everything to us. Highly recommended!
